Meet Shane, Owner
Shane believes the best plumbers never stop learning. With more than two decades in the skilled trades, he's naturally curious and enjoys figuring out how things work—whether that's diagnosing a difficult plumbing issue, researching new technologies, or finding a better way to solve a problem. That curiosity has become one of the driving forces behind Red Fox Plumbing and the level of service customers have come to expect.
Outside of plumbing, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking, creating wood-burned artwork, sketching, and playing both bass guitar and drums. He believes creativity and problem-solving go hand in hand, and the same attention to detail he brings to his hobbies carries over into every plumbing project.
Customers often describe Shane as knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to talk to. He enjoys explaining how plumbing systems work, answering questions, and making sure homeowners feel informed and comfortable before any work begins. Whether it's a small repair or a complex renovation, his goal is always the same: provide honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and a solution that's built to last.
Meet Max, Apprentice
Originally from Canton, Ohio, Max relocated to North Carolina in 2024 to help grow Red Fox Plumbing alongside his dad. What began as an opportunity to support the family business quickly turned into a passion for residential plumbing. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing problems, learning new skills, and helping homeowners find lasting solutions to their plumbing issues.
Max is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. He approaches every job with professionalism and takes pride in delivering the same level of honesty, craftsmanship, and customer care that Red Fox Plumbing is built on. In addition to working in the field, Max also manages the company's social media, giving customers a behind-the-scenes look at the people and projects that make Red Fox Plumbing unique.
Outside of work, Max enjoys fishing, following his favorite sports teams—the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and North Carolina Tar Heels—and learning about classic Ford trucks. One of his long-term goals is to build a 1967 Ford F-250, combining his appreciation for craftsmanship with his love of classic vehicles.
